The English version of this legal document is provided for convenience only. The German version is the legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or contradictions between the English and German versions, the German version shall prevail.
Payment and Shipping Information
A. Shipping Costs and Shipping Information
Shipping is available only to the countries listed below. Depending on the scope of your order, delivery address, product availability, and the production, shipping and fulfillment partner used, shipping may be carried out by different shipping service providers.
Our products are currently produced and shipped through the external production, shipping and fulfillment partners Printful and Spreadconnect.
Our business address is not a shipping or fulfillment location. Local pickup is not possible for logistical reasons.
The applicable shipping costs can be found in the information below. The available shipping methods and shipping costs will also be displayed in the shopping cart and, at the latest, during checkout before you submit your order.
If you would like shipping to a country that is not available during checkout, please contact us by email at info@luveciel.com before placing an order and provide the desired item, quantity, and full delivery address including country and postal code. We will then check whether delivery to the requested address is possible. There is no entitlement to delivery to a country that is not offered.
I. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Germany and selected countries within the European Union, provided that the respective delivery country is available for the selected product during checkout.
Different shipping restrictions may apply to individual products or product groups. This particularly applies to products from our Collection de Peintures, which may contain reproductions of public domain artworks or design elements based on such artworks.
If a delivery country is not available for a specific product, that country will not be offered during checkout or the order cannot be completed for that product.
II. Product-Specific Shipping Restrictions for Art Reproductions
Individual products from our Collection de Peintures contain reproductions of public domain artworks or design elements based on such artworks.
Since the legal treatment of photographic reproductions of public domain artworks may vary from country to country, we currently offer these products only in selected delivery countries.
Products from the Collection de Peintures are currently shipped only to:

Other delivery countries are currently not available for these products unless expressly offered during checkout.
If an order cannot be fulfilled for legal, logistical or technical reasons, we will inform you by email. Any payments already made will be refunded in such cases.
III. Shipping Within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:

We currently do not charge a separate island surcharge for deliveries to German islands, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Cash on delivery, express shipping, freight forwarding and local pickup are currently not offered, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

We currently deliver outside Germany to selected countries within the European Union.

V. Shipping Discounts and Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered for certain products, delivery countries or order values.
The following shipping discounts currently apply:

Further shipping discounts, promotional conditions or different shipping costs will be displayed in the shop, in the shopping cart or, at the latest, during checkout.
VI. Bulky Goods and Special Surcharges
No separate bulky goods or special surcharges apply to our currently offered standard products.
If products are offered in the future for which additional surcharges arise due to size, weight, packaging, delivery address or shipping method, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page, in the shopping cart or, at the latest, during checkout.
VII. Prices and VAT
All prices stated are total prices. Shipping costs may apply in addition.
Due to the application of the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not shown.
VIII. Fulfillment, Production Locations and International Shipments
Our products are currently produced and shipped through the external production, shipping and fulfillment partners Printful and Spreadconnect.
Depending on the product, delivery address, product availability and fulfillment partner, production and shipping may take place from different production or shipping locations operated by Printful or Spreadconnect.
For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, fulfillment is generally carried out through European production or shipping structures, provided that the respective product is available there.
In exceptional cases, a product may have to be shipped from a location outside the European Union. In such cases, production and delivery times may be extended. Depending on the destination country, additional import duties, taxes, customs duties or fees may also apply.
IX. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
For deliveries within the European Union, import duties generally do not apply.
If, in exceptional cases, a shipment is sent from a third country or if delivery to a country outside the European Union is offered in the future, additional costs may arise in individual cases which are beyond our control and must be borne by you.
These may include customs duties, import charges, import VAT, other taxes, customs authority fees and, where applicable, costs for money transfers, currency conversion fees or fees charged by your payment service provider.
These costs are not charged by us, but by the relevant customs, tax or shipping authorities or payment service providers. Please inform yourself before placing an order about possible import costs in your delivery country.
If it is expressly stated during checkout that certain charges are already included or are handled in advance by a payment or shipping service provider, the information displayed during checkout shall apply.
X. Partial Deliveries
If an order contains multiple items, these may be delivered in separate shipments for logistical reasons.
This may particularly occur if products are processed through different production, shipping or fulfillment partners.
No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries unless otherwise stated during checkout.
XI. Shipment Tracking
If shipment tracking is available for your order, you will receive the tracking information by email.
Depending on the shipping service provider, delivery country, shipping method and fulfillment partner, tracking information may be updated with a delay or may only be available to a limited extent.
XII. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
If your order is not delivered or if the tracking information shows no progress for an extended period of time, please contact us at:

Please make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address when placing your order. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect address details cannot be ruled out.
XIII. Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

We do not charge any additional fees for using the payment methods offered by us.
Any fees charged by your bank, card provider, payment service provider or costs arising from currency conversion remain unaffected.
V. Restrictions on Individual Payment Methods
Individual payment methods may be restricted depending on the delivery country, order value, device, browser, payment service provider, technical availability or review by the payment service provider.
If special minimum or maximum amounts, country restrictions or other requirements apply to a payment method, these will be displayed during checkout.
VI. Payment Methods Not Offered
Advance payment by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, cash on delivery, cash payment upon pickup and purchase on account are currently not offered as standard, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
We currently do not offer installment payments or other financing models as our own payment method. If a payment service provider offers its own additional payment or financing options during checkout, the terms of the respective payment service provider shall apply.
C. Information on the Calculation of Delivery Time
I. General Delivery Times
Our products are currently produced and shipped through the external production, shipping and fulfillment partners Printful and Spreadconnect.
Many products are produced only after the order has been placed. The delivery time therefore usually consists of production time and shipping time.
The specific delivery time is displayed on the respective product page, in the shopping cart or, at the latest, during checkout.
II. Estimated Delivery Times by Shipping Method and Delivery Area
The following information refers to estimated delivery times. Deviations may occur in particular due to product availability, production workload, shipping service provider, delivery address, public holidays or customs and import processing.

If, in exceptional cases, a product has to be shipped from a location outside the European Union, the delivery time may be longer in individual cases.
III. Start of the Delivery Period
For payments by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or another instant payment method, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded or on the day after confirmation of the payment instruction by the payment service provider.
If advance payment by bank transfer is offered in the future, the delivery period for this payment method will begin on the day after receipt of payment in our account.
IV. Calculation of the Delivery Period
The delivery period is calculated in business days.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at the delivery location are not included in the calculation of the delivery period.
If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the delivery period ends on the next business day.
V. Orders Containing Multiple Items
Different delivery times may apply to orders containing multiple items.
In this case, the longest stated delivery time generally applies to the entire order, unless partial delivery is made or otherwise stated during checkout.
